Small idea I've been playing about in my head about an agency tasked with solving crimes in a mutant and monster filled city, and the young Toku mask obsessed with tokusatsu shows joins his partner and handler Johnny to solve a bigger mystery revolving around the origins of the mutants plaguing the city.

Honk kong style action, buddy cop and henshins!
