Toku is a genius detective that partners with Johnny as his handler to take down a mutant villain wrecking havoc in the city.

Johnny being Toku's handler can choose to release Toku's Mask, allowing him to transform into his monster henshin, but Johnny doesn't trust Toku all that much...

Took alot of inspiration from some iconic tokusatsu henshins in some of these designs. Not sure if you can guess which!
